We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our team to continue developing applications in our ongoing project. The company is developing a managed package to be published on AppExchange for the Salesforce platform which would then be the tool to use for customer onboarding and fact find process for financial institutions like Investment Banks, Wealth Managers, Private Banks within the niche financial market.

Summary of job description:

Advanced JavaScript or Scripting languages coding knowledge and professional experience in version control and troubleshooting mechanisms. Ability to code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress. Web debugging and troubleshooting.Experience with basic server management, SSL, Space, Logs etc. Ability to put web apps live on the server. Clear concept of using feature flags while developing custom solutions. Knowledge of managing relational databases e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc. Implementing optimisation and personalisation activities on desktop and mobile applications. A thorough understanding of how to continually develop and enhance digital platforms. Experience in delivering responsive design, SEO and web analytics skills and being focused on Customer-centric design. Bachelor Degree or equivalent with relevant certification required. Working Hours: 39 Hours per week

Salary: 43,800 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Experience Cloud projects to integrate with 3rd party SAAS systems
• Design and develop user centric Components on Salesforce Lightning Framework
• Produce Figma Design with specific design agreed as agreed during design discussion
• Analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions especially around UI development.
• Design, Build, and test applications ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Be, integral part of the Run/Ops team of Web Applications to help with BAU requests and maintain the Platform.
• Own enhancement tickets/incidents raised by the end users and help with the build/resolution.
• Work closely with the Technical Director to build enhancements on the existing solutions.
• Completion of necessary technical/solution documents and artefacts in line with organisation standards.
• Adhere to best practices, quality management framework and ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on Java Script, CSS  solution development with proven knowledge and experience across both declarative configuration and programmatic development.
• Perform peer reviews and sign-off technical solutions.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Web Development with customisation and Integration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, streaming API, CDC and Platform events.
• Experience in wider web development methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce Object Data Model
• Experience in implementing eID&V solutions.
• Experience in working for a bank or a financial service institution is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subjects is a must.
